Nurse AMIE (Addressing Malignancies in Individuals Everyday) in Rural PA and WV
Objective
We propose a trial among underserved rural patients, using a technology-based strategy to deliver comprehensive, coordinated, high quality supportive care.
We hypothesize that the supportive care platform will result in a 19.2% higher proportion of advanced cancer patients surviving to the end of 2 years of follow-up, as compared to the usual standard of care control group.
