Title
Enhancing Patient Resilience During Multimodal Therapy for Bladder Cancer
Objective
Primary Objectives:
1.To characterize micronutrient status in patients prior to, during, and after multimodal therapy for bladder cancer.
2.To identify associations between post-cystectomy complications and morbidity and derangements in micronutrient metabolism.

Secondary Objectives:
1.To understand the impact of disordered sleep patterns on quality of life and frailty in patients prior to, during, and after multimodal cancer therapy for bladder cancer.
2.To characterize the changes in markers of oxidative stress that result from cisplatin-based chemotherapy and cystectomy for bladder cancer
