T-Cell Exhaustion in Allogeneic Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation for Acute Myelogenous Leukemia
Objective
Our long-term goal is to develop rational new immunotherapeutic for relapsed leukemia post alloSCT by inhibiting T cell exhaustion pathway. The specific objective of this proposal is 1) to characterize the development of T cell exhaustion in patients underwent alloSCT for AML; 2) to determine the prognostic value of T cell exhaustion in patients with leukemia relapse post alloSCT.
