One Time Tissue and Blood Collection from Patients with Lung Cancer at Risk for Developing Lung Cancer
Objective
1). To further determine the frequency of oncogenic mutations/amplification in specimens from patients with cancer or those at high risk for development of lung cancer (!Y 15 pack year smoking history). 2). To enumerate and monitor circulating tumor cells (EpCAM+CD45-) and other prognostic and predictive markers.
