Complications in Patients Undergoing Radical Cystectomy for Bladder Cancer
Objective
To analyze the outcomes of radical cystectomy patients based on these key points: 1) Assess risk factors for post-operative complications, 30 day readmission rates, and long term complications including infection and poor wound healing. 2) Evaluate postoperative serum glucose levels and trajectories as predictors of outcome following cystectomy in patients with multiple co-morbidities. 3) Ascertain the impact of surgical technique, ASA scores, length of surgery, CT scans, clinical lab values to evaluate surgical outcomes. 4) Determine the impact of the neoadjuvant chemotherapy on tumor downgrading.
