Title
Adolescent and young adult professional and Olympian athlete cancer survivors
Objective
Purpose: This pilot study aims to characterize health change behaviors that occurred during cancer treatments in adolescent and young adult (AYA) professional or Olympian athlete cancer survivors, with special attention to their physical activity behaviors. To be eligible, AYA professional athlete cancer survivors will be those who were elite athletes at national and international competition levels and who were paid for participating in their specific sport at the time of their cancer diagnosis. To be eligible, AYA Olympian athlete cancer survivors will be those who participated on the national team for their sport at least one time in the Olympic Games before their cancer diagnosis. Moreover, participants will have to have been diagnosed with any type of cancer between the ages of 15 and 39 years old, completed all standard/planned treatment and in complete remission, at least 1 year and up to 5 years post cancer-treatment, and aged ≥18 years old at the time of the recruitment. This pilot study will characterize the athletic participation details of professional and Olympian athlete cancer survivors, during their treatment.

First aim: To characterize AYA professional and Olympian athlete cancer survivors health behaviors (psychosocial, exercise and nutritional behavior) that occurred during cancer treatments

Second aim: To characterize AYA professional and Olympian athlete cancer survivors current psychosocial, exercise and nutritional behaviors at the time of the enrollment.
